Inspiring Leadership Ushers in a New Era for Muslim Industrialists Association - MIA India

Bangalore: The two-year tenure of the Muslim Industrialists Association (MIA) India has concluded with resounding success, paving the way for the newly elected council for 2024-25 and 2025-26. In a vibrant ceremony held in Bangalore, new office bearers were announced, marking the beginning of an inspiring new chapter.


A Legacy of Empowerment and Progress

Founding presidents Abdul Waheed and S.M. Hussain reflected on the impressive achievements of MIA India under its dynamic leadership. They highlighted the association's pivotal role in organizing impactful Business Summits and emphasized its unwavering commitment to economic empowerment for the community over the past two years. "This struggle for economic empowerment will continue," affirmed Abdul Waheed, expressing a steadfast resolve to build on the association's remarkable legacy.

Visionary Plans for the Future

Co-founder S.M. Hussain praised the journey of MIA India, celebrating its professionalism and dedication to entrepreneurial development. He voiced his optimism for the future, expressing hopes that the new leadership will establish a dedicated office for the organization and expand MIA's chapters across Karnataka and beyond. "We aim to take MIA to greater heights," he declared.

A Commitment to Community and Growth

Newly elected office bearers committed to promoting entrepreneurship within the Muslim community, aiming to eradicate educational backwardness and foster a culture of innovation and business acumen. Vice President Abdul Rasheed articulated the council's goal of establishing a permanent office and extending comprehensive support to entrepreneurs, helping them scale new heights.

Secretary Tanveer Ahmed announced plans for detailed strategy meetings to ensure the vision and mission of MIA India are realized. Joint Treasurer Shoaib Valai emphasized the importance of empowering youth with entrepreneurial skills, ensuring they are industry-ready and capable of driving future growth.


Expanding Horizons and Strengthening Networks

Mohammed Muneer, Joint Secretary, outlined a robust plan to develop strong chapter guidelines and systematically launch new chapters in Southern and Northern India. This initiative aims to facilitate and strengthen industrialists, entrepreneurs, and businesses across various states.

Empowering Women Entrepreneurs

Riza Fathima, President of MIA's Women's Wing, highlighted the significant responsibility of the Women's Wing to educate and empower women entrepreneurs. She announced plans for workshops to inform women about government schemes and continuous efforts to transform them into successful entrepreneurs.

A Legacy of Excellence

For the past 20 years, the Muslim Industrialists Association - MIA India has dedicated itself to uplifting the Muslim community educationally and economically through entrepreneurship development. Sana Ahmed expressed pride in the organization's achievements, noting its rising prominence up to the national capital, Delhi. She also shared exciting plans for entrepreneurial training workshops tailored for women, aimed at fostering a new generation of empowered female entrepreneurs.
