Letter: A Stark Criticism of the Mockery Called "Mega Job Fair"
by Presidency Foundation
To
All Job Seekers and Unemployed Youth,
Let me share my
bitter experience from my visit to the so-called Mega Job Fair 2023,
organized by Mrs. Kauser Nissar of Presidency Foundation. This event,
advertised as a beacon of hope for job seekers, turned out to be nothing short
of a cruel joke on the unemployed, exploiting their desperation for publicity.
Observations That Demand Condemnation
- Heartbreaking
Sight
Seeing hordes of unemployed individuals from all age groups—elderly citizens, young graduates, and even women with children in tow—standing in endless lines was nothing short of gut-wrenching. This wasn’t a job fair; it was a grim spectacle of disorganization. - Chaos Over
Organization
Registration was a nightmare. People endured painfully long queues only to be followed by yet another line for so-called "screening." Was this a job fair or a test of patience? - Incompetent
Screening
Screening was handled by untrained Presidency College students barely out of their teens, who had zero idea about matching candidates to relevant companies. I had to intervene and teach them basic screening procedures—something the organizers should have ensured. How can a professional job fair rely on amateurs? - The Great
"Interview" Farce
After hours of waiting, candidates reached the counters where the "interviews" were supposed to happen. What a scam! Instead of real companies, 95% of the stalls were occupied by consultancies doing nothing more than collecting CVs for their databases. - Unprofessional
Consultants
These so-called "consultants" were clueless about job openings. Their dismissive responses—"We’ll call you if we have something"—mocked the very purpose of a job fair. - Exploitation
in Plain Sight
Adding insult to injury, I learned that many attendees had allegedly paid some amount also for registration. Since when did job fairs, especially ones claiming to help the unemployed, become a money-making racket?
The Definition of a Job Fair—And How This
Failed Miserably
A real job fair
brings genuine companies looking to hire, conducts interviews, and offers
on-the-spot placements. What Presidency Foundation offered was a branding
exercise masquerading as a job fair, leaving job seekers humiliated and
their hopes shattered.
To Presidency Foundation: Shame on You
This event wasn’t
just poorly organized—it was callous and exploitative. How dare you
manipulate the hopes of struggling individuals for publicity? Instead of
serving the community, you’ve demonstrated utter disregard for their plight.
To Mrs. Kauser
Nissar and Presidency Foundation: Stop playing with people’s emotions.
The unemployed youth don’t need fake promises; they need real opportunities. If
you can’t organize a legitimate job fair, then don’t organize one at all.
Final Thoughts
This event was a
cruel joke on the unemployed, a branding gimmick wrapped in false hope. I urge
all job seekers: demand accountability from such organizers and beware of
paying for promises that lead nowhere.
Sincerely,
Saba Shariif

Fake allegations
ReplyDeleteMs. Saba shariff don't put fake allegations on the foundation which has been organising for the cause of proving Job's to the people.
ReplyDeleteIf you are not able to make it happen, atleast don't put allegations on an institution.
Congratulations to Presidency Foundation for conducting the most innovative event of the year: a job mela where jobs were absent but chaos was abundant, Irked Aspirant
ReplyDeleteThanks for exposing the so called fake job organizer Association of Muslim Professionals.
"If misleading youth was an art, Mrs. Kauser Nissar just held a masterclass at Presidency Foundation’s so-called job mela, where there were more of Job Consultancies and almost no Companies. Shameless!
ReplyDeleteZero jobs, infinite shamelessness."
— Disappointed Visitor
Job fair or humiliation festival?
ReplyDeleteStanding in queues for hours, only to meet clueless consultants.
Thanks, Mrs. Nissar, for crushing our hope professionally.
The credit goes out to Presidency Foundation and the Fraud Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) for bringing in only Consultancies and Not Employers.
Thank you Frauds for playing with the sentiments of Job Hunters, Disheartened Unemployed Youth
Presidency Foundation’s job fair: where the queues are real, but the jobs aren’t. Congrats on your achievement in redefining false hopes, Madam Nissar, her politically ambitious incapable children and Association of Muslim Professionals - AMP (a Fake Organization which hates developing new leadership, collects huge funds but grabs more of job consultancies and least or none actual employers.
